Mr. Sibamay Ray, President, Snigmay Football Club: Mr. Sibamay Ray is the founding President of Snigmay Pune Football Club who is also one of the Managing Director of Snigmay India Services Pvt Ltd. Right from a very young age he was fond of sports & cultural activities and that’s what drove him towards forming a Club (Notun Sangh) in his nearby area of Krishnanagar, West Bengal along with his brother & friends. After he had to relocate outside of West Bengal due to professional commitments, he did continue his passion by being actively involved in various cultural & social activities. It was in the year 2015, when the idea of forming a football club was tabled to him, where he readily agreed to take up the responsibility of building the club along with being the major sponsor too. With his management acumen spread across 4-5 decades, the club gains a lot of thought leadership from him which is helping us develop with each passing year.
Maj Ratnadeep Ray

Maj. Ratnadeep Ray, General Secretary, Snigmay Pune Football Club: Maj. Ratnadeep is the founder of Snigmay Pune Football Club, who wears multiple hats at the club right from managing the overall functioning of the club to managing the senior teams as their Manager/Coach to being involved in day-to-day operations. Coming from a sporting family, sports was an integral part of his growing up culture & eventually he took up playing to Cricket professionally at a very early age, he went on to play in National tournaments in youth & Open age categories as well as represented the Armed Forces teams too. As an ex-Army officer, he has a vision to build a platform for the youth where they are able to learn the importance of life through the game of football & lead a better life. He is tirelessly working towards making sure that Snigmay FC becomes one of the most prominent club in Western India & subsequently in India one day. Maj. Ratnadeep is a renowned HR Leader, who has won multiple awards & accolades along with being covered by the prestigious FORBES magazine for his professional achievements. Since inception, the club has gained immensely from his management skills clubbed with his Army experience which is the binding & charging force behind the formation, vision and success of Snigmay Pune Football Club. He is an AIFF licensed coach & a member of the Governing body of Pune District Football Association (PDFA).

Mrs. Tanaya Chatterjee Ray, COO (Head of Operations & Marketing), Snigmay Pune Football Club: By the virtue of growing up in a sporting family in the “City of Joy- Kolkata”, she has a keen interest in football ever since her early days. She managed many social & cultural groups during her school and college days and was deeply involved in the formation of cultural committees in her college. She has an overall experience of 15+ years in to Sales, Marketing and branding, where she was able to manage and lead large teams for reputed hospitals and medical institutions throughout her career. As a part of her entrepreneurial journey, she has managed Healthcare publication as the Managing Partner and she is currently the Co-Founder of Techzy Technologies along with being in the Board of Directors in Snigmay India Services Pvt Ltd. As the Co-founder of Snigmay Football Academy, she is the brain behind the professional set up of our academy and Youth system, where she plays a pivotal role in strategizing, managing and branding the entire academy operations. Ever since her joining the club and academy, we are benefiting from her marketing & operational vision which is helping us shape up our youth system as one of the most professional set up in Pune.
